Archaeology Field Group
The Wiltshire Archaeology Field Group offers members the opportunity to participate in fieldwork across Wiltshire, including excavation, geophysical survey, ground survey (e.g topographic survey), building surveys and field-walking.
The WAFG is run by Society members and is managed by a group of experienced archaeologists with many varied research interests, everything from prehistoric sites to Cold War archaeology. We can even support you if you wish to manage your own project tailored to your own interests in archaeology.
To find out more, including current projects, follow the link to the Archaeology Field Group website or follow their Facebook page.
