CONFERENCE: The history of roads and the vehicles that travelled on them

The ticket price includes morning coffee and afternoon tea, but not lunch. There are many cafes, pubs, restaurants and sandwich bars in the town where lunch may be taken. For those bringing their own lunch Hillworth Park is 400 yards away up Long Street.
The location for the conference is Devizes Town Hall, St John's Street, Devizes. There is limited on-street parking. Long stay parking (pay and display) is available at STATION ROAD CAR PARK (SN10 1BZ).
Registration commences at 9.30am with the first talk at 10.05am. Lunch will be at approx. 12.50pm. Expected end time is 4.30pm.

Payment is required with booking. We reserve the right to automatically cancel bookings five days before the event if payment has not been received.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
As a small independent charity we have a number of fixed costs, and cannot afford to run events at a loss. Therefore the following cancellation and refund policy applies to purchasers:
* More than 14 days before the event – full refund*
* Between 14 days and 5 days – 50% refund* (unless we can resell the ticket – see below)
* Less than 5 days – no refund (unless we can resell the ticket – see below)
*A £2.50 administration fee will be deducted from all refunds.
If events, lectures, outings or workshops are cancelled at short notice by the Society a full refund will be offered.
If we have a waiting list, or are able to resell the ticket before the event, then a full refund will be issued, less the administration fee*.
No responsibility can be accepted by the Wiltshire Archaeological and Natural History Society (the Society) for accidents or injury sustained during the course of any event arranged by the Society.
