Paintings, Prints and DrawingsThe Museum holds one of the largest collections of prints, drawings and watercolours of Wiltshire buildings and scenes dating from the eighteenth century, including the early nineteenth century watercolour drawings of Wiltshire churches and great houses by John Buckler, Robin Tanner and Henry Moore engravings, early maps of the county and portraits of significant figures in the political and social life of the county.

If you have an enquiry about any item in the art collection, then please contact the Assistant Curator, Heather Ault - heather.ault@wiltshiremuseum.org.uk. The number of researchers requesting to see items in the art collection is high - therefore, it may take up to 2-3 weeks to arrange an appointment with a member of staff.
