The Annual General Meeting of the Wiltshire Archaeological and Natural History Society (Charity number 1080096/Company Limited by Guarantee 3885649), will be held on Saturday 17 October 2020, commencing at 2.30pm, and is open to all WANHS members. The agenda and voting papers are sent to all members.
Because of the current Covid-19 situation, the format of the meeting is different this year. We will be running a live and online event simultaneously. We are able to accommodate just a few members in the Lecture Hall at the Wiltshire Museum, which will constitute the quorum required by the Articles. The remainder of the attendees are invited to participate online via Zoom. Either way, you will be able to ask questions and vote on resolutions.
To attend the AGM, you can either attend in person, or online:

* Face-coverings will be required and seating will be arranged to ensure distancing.
* The Museum will be closed to ALL visitors on the day.
* We will monitor government guidance on Covid-19 and reserve the right to adjust arrangements if required.

Voting.
To vote at the AGM you have three options:
1. If you are attending either in person or via Zoom, you can vote on the day.
2. If you are not able to attend, you can return the postal vote which is sent to all members.
3. You can vote online. This is the first time we have tried this, to ensure as many members as possible can vote in these unusual times. We will review against our membership database and only votes by members will be counted.
