Home Education Sessions: Palaeolithic Discoveries (for over 8s)

Explore Palaeolithic artefacts

Plus a Stone tool investigation activity, create cave art ‘wall’ picture, portable cave art and a fun mammoth model!

There will also be a chance to visit our galleries to discover our Palaeolithic finds.

Price:
£6.50 per child

Adult supervision required:
Adult – one accompanying adult (per child) – free
Additional adult per child – £3

Time: 10.30am-12.30pm.
You are welcome to us our lecture room or outdoor area for a picnic and then carry on exploring the rest of the Museum after lunch.

Ages: over 8s. We would ask that babies/toddlers are not brought along, as these sessions are aimed at an older age group who may be distracted by any disruptions. There is a session for Under 8s on Wednesday 12 February.

Refreshments:
we do not have an on-site cafe, but you are welcome to bring a packed lunch.
