During the Easter Holidays we will be running snake themed craft activities linked to our exhibition ‘Snakes … a Slither into a Secret World’.

Tuesday 9th, Wednesday 10th and Friday 12th April – activities will include painting wooden snakes and creating coiled clay snakes.

Wednesday 17th April – activities will include glittery snakes and lizard eggs.

Thursday 18 April – create ancient replicas with a snake theme to celebrate World Heritage Sites around the World. Make your own Egyptian Masks, Greek style carvings in soap, twisted wire snake bracelets and snake themed rock art designs.

Drop-in workshops between 10.30am and 3pm. The workshops are Included with normal admission but a voluntary donation for materials would be welcome.

Suitable for age 11 and under – under 8s must be accompanied.
