Gary Lock is Professor at the School of Archaeology, University of Oxford. Gary has conducted extensive research on the hillforts of the Ridgeway in Wiltshire and Oxfordshire.
Itinerary:
- 10.00 meet at Ashdown House car park.
- 11.30ish arrive at White Horse Hill car park
- 1.15ish lunch at the White Horse, Woolstone
- 2.30ish park up for walk to Liddington Castle
- 4.00ish finish
