Description

Summary: 1 bronze pin with flattened, rounded and perforated head, the circular shaft squared off towards the top and head decorated on both sides with an irregular incised St Andrew's cross above three pairs of irregularly placed traingular nicks at either edge and three transverse shallow grooves, Ross 1991 Type XV, i, c, from Grave 85, from the pagan Saxon cemetery called 'Black Patch' at Blacknall Field, Pewsey, Wiltshire, excavated by Ken Annable and the Wiltshire Archaeological and Natural History Society, 1969-1976.
