Description

Identification note: this site was also excavated by Mr B H and Mrs M E Cunnington in 1908-09

Summary: 1 multiplatform core, poor quality flint, patinated white and pale grey, 40% thick buff and brown mottled cortex, from the causewayed enclosure on Knap Hill, Alton, excavted by G Connah, 1961.
