Highways England recently announced a consultation on proposals for the A303 at Stonehenge, including a tunnel.

The Society Trustees set up an A303 Working Party to review the proposals and have agreed a draft response to the Consultation. We are now asking Society Members for their views on our draft response.

Our draft response is now online at
http://www.wiltshiremuseum.org.uk/a303/

We are asking our Members to give us their views by midnight on 22 March. The A303 Working Group will review all responses and prepare a revised draft for consideration by the Board at the end of March. The Highways England Consultation closes at midnight on Friday 6 April.
