Art Auction

An art auction supporting the work of Wiltshire Museum is to be held on Friday 28 September, hosted by BBC Antiques Roadshow expert Marc Allum.

The Auction features drawings, prints, paintings, photographs and ceramics by a host of artists, as well as a number of exclusive experiences. Many of the artists are local and include Michael Angove, Susie Brooks, Alan Cowley, Oliver Freeman and David Inshaw.

The sale includes the chance to own an artwork created by internationally renowned artist David Inshaw.  Inshaw, whose 1972 picture ‘The Badminton Game’ took the art world by storm, lives in the Devizes area.  He is one of the Patrons of the Wiltshire Museum.

You can come along and view the items on Thursday 27 September between 10am and 9pm.  Bids can be placed in advance.
