Booking for Events
Booking Policy
As a small independent charity we have a number of fixed costs, and cannot afford to run events at a loss.
Booking is essential for all events and payment is required when booking.
Online booking is available via Yapsody. You do not need a Pay Pal account to use this payment method.

Booking:
Wiltshire Museum operates an online booking system for all event ticket sales.
Payment is required when booking – www.wiltshiremuseum.org.uk/whatson
If you are unable to use the online booking system, then tickets can be booked and paid for at Wiltshire Museum (during opening hours):

We will require email address, telephone number and postal address on booking. This ensures we can contact ticket holders should an event have to be cancelled or rearranged.
Payment:
Must be made at the time of booking and the following are accepted:
* Debit/credit card (online and at Museum)
* Cash (Museum only)
* Cheque (payable to ‘WANHS Ltd’, either via the post or at the Museum).
We reserve the right to automatically cancel bookings five days before the event if payment has not been received.
Resales:
If a ticket holder is unable to attend an event, and if we have a waiting list, or are able to resell the ticket before the event, then a full refund will be issued, less the administration fee*.
