The Monday 19 September workshop has been postponed and all ticket holders contacted.
This one-day workshop is perfect for beginners looking to learn a new technique, or for those who have done a little engraving and wish to progress their technique further.
You will be taught the principles of designing for wood engraving, methods of engraving into a block of end grain wood, and how to print by hand from your finished block.
Robin Mackenzie is an elected member of The Society of Wood Engravers and has exhibited his work all over the UK. He creates prints for books, magazines, merchandise and works from his open studio at Walford Mill Crafts in Wimborne, Dorset. All tools and materials including the wood blocks are provided on the day.
You will receive an email shortly before the course with final details and details of any drawings etc to bring to work from.

Lunch: is not provided - bring your own to eat at the Museum or nearby Hillworth Park, or visit one of the many cafes in Devizes Market Place.
