Online booking has now closed – a few tickets are available on the door. Since 2012 Dr. Brendan Foley of Lund University Sweden and his team of archaeologists and professional divers have continued the survey and excavation of one of the most significant shipwrecks of history, The Antikythera Mechanism shipwreck in Greece.
Phil Short is the Chief Diver and Diving Safety Officer (DSO) on the project, and will pick up the story from his previous Museum lecture bringing it up to date with the significant finds and the shift in research that occurred on the 2017 project and plans for the future of the site.
Tickets £7 (£4.50 WANHS members). Booking essential, Phil’s last lecture was a sell out!
