Museum Explorers Club – November

Prehistoric Monuments

Find out about the construction, use and other interesting facts of some of our local prehistoric monuments. Work in teams to create our Stonehenge model, try our quiz, make foam and scrap models, sketch and handle artefacts.

Our Museum Explorers club is for 5-7 year olds and is an introduction to popular topics such as the Romans and Ancient Egyptians.

Take part in fun activities such as role play, art and craft, dressing in costume and exploring our galleries. 4 year olds who have started school (or are being home educated) are welcome too.

The October session is a week later than usual.

* Not 5 to 7? Then why not come along to our Young Curators club for 8-13 year olds (2nd Saturday of the month), or Curious Kids for 2 – 4 year olds (first Saturday of the month).

There’s no annual fee and new members are always welcome.
