Find out about roman feasts and some of the foods they ate. You can create a Roman dish by following a recipe and decorate a roman goblet. You can also handle artefacts and create a card Roman helmet to take home.

Our Museum Explorers club is for 5-7 year olds and will be an introduction to popular topics such as the Romans and Ancient Egyptians. Take part in fun activities such as role play, art and craft, dressing in costume and exploring our galleries. 4 year olds who have started school (or are being home educated) are welcome too.

* Not 5 to 7? Then why not come along to our Young Curators club for 8-13 year olds (2nd Saturday of the month), or Curious Kids for 2 – 4 year olds (first Saturday of the month).

There’s no annual fee and new members are always welcome.
