Friday is the Project Assistant for the Assizes for Devizes project, which has secured a Development Phase grant from the National Lottery Heritage Fund. Within this role, Friday assists the Assizes for Devizes team, as well as helping out in the day-to-day running of the museum.

Friday has a BA degree in Korean Studies and a Master of Letters degree in Publishing Studies. They specialise in LGBTQIA+ and feminist literature and contemporary publishing, and have a passion for promoting diverse stories, social history and nineteenth century culture. They have previously volunteered at a queer intersectional publishing house and a history museum.
