ONLINE TALK: Wiltshire manors and manorial documents

 

This talk is focused upon post medieval manors and English language manorial documents.

 

We shall discuss the development and changes in the business of manor courts from the 16th century to the 20th century. The talk will cover developments across southern England with many of the examples from the manors around Mere and Chippenham in Wiltshire.
