Identification note: page bottom has (Reproduced in "Corporation plate ** of Englad & Wales" and in "Wilts Arch. Mag" Dec 1894

Summary: signed pen drawing, elevation and plan of snuff-box, Town Hall, Calne, 1894 ?, by E.H.Goddard. Lid center with turret and single feather flumes each side. Circular box decorated with scrolls and leaf.
