Description

Summary: 1 body sherd in a fine fabric with moderate white inclusions up to 4mm in length, with a smooth dark brown interior, and a smooth mid brown undecorated exterior, from West Kennet Long Barrow, Avebury, Wiltshire, excavated by Professor Stuart Piggott and his staff and students at the Department of Prehistoric Archaeology at the University of Edinburgh, 1955-56.1
