Description

Summary: 1 English art pottery terracotta dish glazed inside and around the rim with a matte blue glaze, the lower half in brown red slip, the name ~ Swanage~ in graffito, base unglazed and ground flat, firing faults to inside - pinpricks, manufactured by C H Brannam, Litchdon Pottery, Barnstaple, Devon, circa 1920 (?), acquired from the McLaren Foundation, Clouds Estate, East Knoyle, Salisbury, Wiltshire, 2005.
