Description

Summary: 44 Late Bronze Age / Early Iron Age pottery sherds. 2 rims, 1 with a fingertip impression, rest body sherds, 1 with a leaf impression. 2 Iron Age, pottery sherds, 1 base and 1 body sherd. 5 Roman, pottery sherds, 2 greyware body sherds, 1 Samian ware body sherd, 1 coarseware body sherd and 1 Oxfordware rim sherd. 3 Neolithic worked flints. 1 small side-end scraper and 2 retouched flakes. Collected from Foxhill, Aldbourne, Wiltshire by Andrew Sewell in 1986.
