Description

Summary: 1 bag of mixed pottery sherds, no decoration, majority Roman, greyware, coarseware and black burnished ware, rest Iron Age or locally made copies of Roman form, animal bone, 1 pig tusk, 1 burnt piece of bone, 1 worked flint flake with retouch to edge and several pieces of daub or fired clay. Collected from 4 Barrows, Aldbourne, Wiltshire by Andrew Sewell, 1975.
