Summary: 1 body sherd in a medium fabric with sparse white inclusions up to 2mm in length, with a smooth black interior, and a pale brown exterior decorated with impressed cord forming horizontal parallel lines, from West Kennet Long Barrow, Avebury, Wiltshire, excavated by Professor Stuart Piggott and his staff and students at the Department of Prehistoric Archaeology at the University of Edinburgh, 1955-56.1
