Description

Summary: 1 box of early Medieval low-fired, sandy, buff grey and orange ware pottery sherds with fine inclusions, some with incised decoration, some thumbed rims, from the excavations of the defensive ditch at the south-east corner of Cricklade, Wiltshire by R J C Atkinson and F R Maddison in 1948.
